Morgan Beasley and her partner, Margaret Stern, have not appeared on The Mountaineers since the season 8 finale. During their time on the show, they built a life on a farm in the dangerous land of Alaska.
The adorable duo are the minds behind Apricity Alaska, their farm nestled in the remote foothills on the west side of the Alaska Range. According to his website, his rustic, wild property is 150 miles from the nearest highway and only accessible by small planes.
The couple first moved to Alaska in February 2015 and have since focused on creating a life off the grid for themselves and their animals, which include dogs Rufous and Maggie and a herd of Icelandic horses.

Margaret’s partner, Morgan Beasley, learned to pack horses as soon as he graduated from the University of Idaho with a degree in environmental science. After moving to Alaska, Morgan worked as a sheep hunter in sheep camps, honing his talent for packing horses, and began exploring Alaska on long solo backpacking trips.
Over the years, Morgan worked “in construction, carpentry, fish processing, on trail crews, and as a guide and hunter, and even as a ranger on a remote property in Idaho.” He is also a private pilot and enthusiast of Stinson aircraft.
